YEAR NINE TICKETS

All tickets are sold through our membership-only Shopify portal, where anyone who previously attended is a member. All members have a chance to buy 1 ticket for themselves and 1 guest ticket, however availability is limited. The first group of tickets will be saved for 3+ year S-R veterans, next for 2+ year attendees, then a round for all members, and finally the remaining tickets are for all members or their guests. You can sign up on a waiting list after it sells out, and refunds and ticket transfers will be available.

Like last year, we are saving tickets for POC, LGBTQIA+ and otherwise marginalized or underrepresented people, with an option for financial assistance if needed. You or your guests can submit an application here, which was written by and will be reviewed by peers from these communities.  The application deadline ends a week after tickets sell out, and then those selected will be sent ticket links shortly after. Spots are limited, so applying does not guarantee a ticket or discount. Note: the application is for people in the NYC-area only, and as always any first-time attendees will need to be hosted by an attending member.  If you attended for the first time last year via application, you are now a member and can buy a ticket as usual (during Round Three), or you are welcome to submit an application again. 

Cabin tickets are $300 and camping will be $260. If you have the means to donate to those needing financial assistance via the application, there will be a $360 donor camping ticket option which sponsors tickets for those needing financial assistance.

TIMELINE:

JULY 13, 1PM EST: Round One tickets go on sale for long-time members who have attended 3 or more years. 

JULY 13 4PM EST: Round Two tickets go on sale for members who have attended 2 or more years.

JULY 20, 1PM EST: Round Three tickets go on sale for ALL members (including members via last year’s application). 

JULY 20, 4PM EST: Round Four tickets will be available for ALL members and/or one GUEST. When this sells out, you can sign up for a waiting list.

JULY 24 4PM EST: The application deadline closes, and those who are selected will be sent instructions to buy their ticket on July 31th.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In advance of tickets going on sale, login to your account at http://sustain-release.myshopify.com and check your attendance history, it will display each year you went under “My Account.” If it’s not correct, please email us and we will fix it.

2. If it was your first time going last year, you will receive an invitation today to create your own membership login & password. If you didn't get the invite by tomorrow, please email us.

3. When tickets go on sale for the Round that applies to you, login to http://sustain-release.myshopify.com

4. You can buy only one ticket for yourself until the final guest round. It needs to be in your name & using the same email address matching your account.

5. During the fourth round, you have a chance to buy a ticket for a guest that you are bringing. You are responsible for the guests you bring, so don't buy tickets for anyone you don't know or trust. You can only get a guest ticket if you are already attending, the system won't let you check out otherwise. You’ll need your guest's name and email address while buying their ticket.

6. After tickets sell out on the Third Round, you can join a waiting list for refunded tickets that go back into the store. You’ll see a sign-up window on the ticket page after it sells out. Each ticket gets held for 48 hours before it goes to the next person in line, instructions will be in the email when you sign up.

7. If you can’t go anymore, you can buy a ticket refund in the store, or a ticket transfer. Both end 7 days before Sustain.
